We take full responsibility for all aspects of the projects from successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling to the closure of a project.
Our responsibilities:
Oversee the project design and construction from start to finish.
Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and the identification of resources needed.
Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals and assign individual responsibilities.
Managing the budget and minimizing project exposure and risk.
Ensure that project runs on time.
Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which includes architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and labourers.
Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.
Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
Periodic inspection of construction sites.
Ensure project documents are complete.
Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.
Giving regular updates to the client about how the project is progressing.

Construction Management and (CDM) Construction Design and management co-ordinator +info
Draw up the bill of quantities.
Assume the role of leading the technical execution of the building site and control construction quality.
Check the reception of the materials that are used in the building site.
Managing the construction by checking the stakeout, materials and proper implementation of construction elements and facilities, according to the project and orders of the Architect.
Receive test results of materials, systems and facilities.
Periodic inspection of the building.
Ensure that construction is in compliance with design specifications and the client's requirements are being met.
Take technical and organizational decisions in order to ensure that working conditions from contractors, subcontractors and suppliers are healthy and safe before work begins, and ensuring that the proposed work is not going to put others at risk.

Monthly review of certifications, ensuring that the amount billed by the construction companies is actually executed. Actual measurements of the work up to date.

Certificate of Energy Efficiency of Buildings +info
From the 1st June 2013 is compulsory the certificate of energy efficiency of buildings.
The owners will have to provide the certificate to the purchasers or tenants.
This certificate, in addition to the energy qualification of the building, should include information concerning the energy characteristics of the building, and in the case of existing buildings, a document of recommendations in order to improve the level of energy efficiency of the building or part of same in order that one can value and compare the energy efficiency of the buildings
